Received this lovely book, yesterday – Just had to share.
Ooh, the smell was amazing.
I sat back in my chair and joined Hilda and Jim as they attempted to survive a nearby Nuclear attack.

I had finished my illustrations for The Stripy Sock Search, but something didn’t feel right. It was Flo and her hat.
I have now made a start on re-drawing my character, Flo with no hat.
A little happier, I think.
Any thoughts?

Play with my friends and Ride my bike,
But Mum says it’s the rule…

Magic Scribble!
I frequently scribble stories, poems and rhymes. Sometimes, something magical appears on the page, and it really grabs me – it gets me hooked, and I become obsessed. I cannot leave it alone. I work it and work it, and I’ll not let it be, until every word is in place and every sentence complete. The process just flows. I wish this would happen every time, but it doesn’t!
Why is that?
